Your First Visit

At Park Cedar Dentistry quality, excellence and your comfort are our top priorities. We take great pride in the quality of care we provide. More importantly, we take great pleasure in providing individualized care for each and every patient we treat. Our practice is a relationship based practice where we understand that everyone has different needs and wants. As you help us understand your desires we promise that you will be heard. Our office is warm and friendly, conveniently located near Carolina Place Mall, South Park Mall, Stonecrest, Ballantyne, and the Arboretum with easy access from Interstate 485. When you arrive at the office please check in at the reception desk where the Front Desk Staff will greet you and be happy answer any questions you have about your appointment or your insurance.  If you are a new patient, a welcome packet containing some important forms will have been mailed to you.  Please bring these completed forms with you to expedite the check in process, but don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions about them. Patient forms can also be found by following this link. The information you provide will help us better serve you.

At your scheduled dental appointment time one of our assistants will escort you to a dental operatory where they will review these forms with you, listen to any concerns you might have and answer any questions. No diagnostic procedures or dental x-rays will be taken until you have had a chance to meet with the dentist.

Following introductions and an initial discussion the dentist will perform one of the most comprehensive dental exams you have ever experienced. The dentist will do a thorough oral cancer screening, prescribe any necessary dental x-rays, and complete an extensive dental exam and periodontal charting.  The findings of this exam will be explained and all of you questions concerning recommended treatment will be answered. Please share you questions and concerns with the dentist at this visit so that we can work together to meet your needs. By sharing information openly we hope to establish a trusting doctor/patient relationship and, for many people, building this trust will relieve the stress that can accompany dental visits.

We provide a variety of restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dental services including dental extractions, dental implant restoration, fixed and removable bridges, crowns, veneers, root canal therapy, periodontal therapy, cosmetic and functional restorations (or fillings), all ceramic restorations and tooth whitening. We are a devoted to conservative treatment and state-of-the-art procedures that will help you make the most of your smile now, and for all the years to come.

Dollars and Sense

In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. We are happy to file your insurance for you and we always try to maximize patient’s insurance benefits for them. Any arrangements made at our office will be coordinated with your dental insurance benefits. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Cash, Checks, and CareCredit. CareCredit is a convenient in the office payment plan that can offer you 3, 6, 12 month interest free or 12, 24, 48 month extended plans.
